Fall colors and four seasons. Sometimes with an abundance of snow but rarely. It is very quiet and there is lots of birds and wildlife. We see deer on a daily bases and we have hummingbirds flying all around our deck. The natural beauty of the area combined with the friendly association of neighbors was the major influence on my decision to live here.
